Who are we?

In the wonderful countryside of Arezzo, (Tuscany), an uncontaminated area whose gastronomic delicacies have been known and appreciated worldwide for centuries...that's where our company was founded 5 years ago.

 Years have gone by but the goal has never changed: select only the finest truffles, from local hunters and offer them to truffle lovers and foodies all over the globe.

Our modus operandi reflects our core business values: quality over quantity and always strive to source local products.

 We have established long-lasting business relationships with dozens of truffle hunters all over central Italy. They and their dogs are the quintessential and most important element of Selva Tartufi.
